Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in South Australia. This is also where all returns need to be posted back to.

Do you have Afterpay? What methods of payment do you accept?
Yes, Avvini Athletica allows you to shop now and pay later with AfterPay. Avvini accepts payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Gpay and ApplePay.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Avvini ships to most destinations around the world. You can select your country from the drop-down menu in checkout.

How much is shipping? And how long will it take?
As soon as your order is packed and ready to go you will receive an email notification and if you chose to receive your notification via text, it will be sent to your nominated mobile number with your tracking information. To keep track of your order, please log into your account.
Australia
Our priority shipping is 2-5 business days (rural areas up to 6 business days).
We ship Australia wide with Australia Post and TOLL. However, if your order is over 100 AUD then you get a FREE express shipping. Our express shipping is 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Will I have to pay customs & duties taxes?
All orders are shipped from Australia, therefore all international customers (outside of Australia) may be required to pay applicable duty, sales tax and customs charges upon collection of your order (which is a separate amount to your Avvini order). The only charges Avvini collect are those stated on your Avvini order invoice. We cannot provide an exact amount for any sales tax, duty and customs charges as they are determined by your local government. For further assistance with this, please contact your local government for details.

Can I cancel or make a change to an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support. No cancellation fee will apply. If your order has been processed or shipped before notifying us of your intent to cancel, in this case your order can not be cancelled. You must follow our return policy if you wish to return the item.

Can I return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy for full priced items, which means items must be returned back to us within 30 days of your order being placed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@avvini.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items purchased on sale can be exchanged for another item of equal value or an online store credit.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Please note: all returned items must be in original unworn condition. If they are returned dirty or marked, your return will be rejected and sent back. Please either wrap or package the box neatly. You will be required to cover postage costs as this is not something Avvini covers.

Postage and handling costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by Avvini (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned as a result, then postage costs will not be covered by Avvini if you request to have your order resent. Avvini is not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage. Postage and handling costs are non-refundable on returned items.

Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days of being received, so once your return has been processed you will be sent an email confirmation.
If you have received an item which you believe to be faulty, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@avvini.com.au with clear pictures and a detailed description as well as your order details (order number and email address associated with the purchase).

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Avvini. Avvini is not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage.
